Domains

To transfer your domain to A & G Computers, please contact us. We will file a request with Internic, and the administrative contact listed against the domain will receive an email requesting permission for the domain name to be transferred to our tag. You will be provided with a URL on the internet to confirm that you wish the transfer to go ahead. If you do not respond within 48 hours the transfer will become void and the process must be started again. If you are unsure of who your administrative contact is, please use our whois utility. This may have been filled in by your registrar as a contact within their organisation, in which case you will need to contact them and request that the transfer is approved.

A & G cannot accept responsibility for the actions of other ISPs but if problems arise during this process we will do everything in our power to help resolve the situation.
In most cases we will also reccomend that you follow the instructions below to ensure that your site resolves to our servers as soon as possible.

If you would like to retain your domain name registrar and have AGCL host your site, please contact them and ask for the Nameservers to be changed to the following:

You will generally be asked to provide proof of identity ie. company letter headed paper.

Please note that although the domain name will be pointed to our servers, you will continue to receive billing from the original registrar until you choose to fully transfer the name to A & G.
