AGCL Email White List Facility

This facility is for customers to submit email addresses or domains which have been caught in the spam trap in error. If you know the sender is a reliable and valid address, by using the tool their address will be added in real time to the AGCL White List to ensure that email sent from this address never gets caught again.

It is forbidden for users to attempt to add a global domain such as hotmail or Yahoo or any other ISP domain. However it is totally acceptable to add a specific user for example john599@hotmail.com the reason for the restriction on the global domain is that large quantities of spam originate from hotmail, yahoo, ect who allow users to setup free accounts with no auditing. This makes them an ideal launching place for spammers.

Specific company domains such as bbc.co.uk or nasa.com would be an acceptable addition.

The two options of submitting an address are as follows:

1. user@domainname.com
2. @domainname.com

Email Address or Email Domain:

May we remind users that full domains should only be added when a user is sure that mail originating from the source will be safe.  Abuse of this system will be looked upon seriously and may result in AGCL cancelling your hosting ,we refer users to our acceptable use policy http://www.agcl.com/acceptable.asp for further clarification in this regard.
